Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, a Rosneft subsidiary, and HELM AG signed a marketing contract for propylene. According to the contract, HELM will off-take and market a major share of propylene products produced by Rosneft Deutschland at PCK, Bayernoil and MiRO refineries in Germany starting 2019.
Rosneft Deutschland and Brenntag International Chemicals GmbH also signed a marketing contract for aromatics and sulphur. Starting 2019 Brenntag will take over distribution of these chemicals produced and provided by Rosneft Deutschland at the three refineries.
Rosneft Deutschland Managing Director Brian Chesterman said: “We look forward to the cooperation with major German chemicals marketing companies in our marketing and sales business. Arranging distribution of petrochemical products from PCK, Bayernoil and MiRO refineries is another step in the development of the Company’s business activities in Germany”.
HELM AG Executive Manager Feedstocks Fried Hansen commented: “I am very pleased with this collaboration. Thanks to our extensive network of customers and suppliers as well as our highly efficient logistics we are able to off-take and market propylene reliably.”
